Same budget. All three monthly targets hit.

How I took over a vehicle marketplace's ads and closed its traffic gap.

110% leads 105% followers 103% traffic
3/3 monthly targets hit, up from 2/3 two months before.
110% of the leasing lead target
−29% cost per lead vs plan
−89% Google cost per click
01 · The ask

Three goals. One fixed budget. Every month.

The client is a Sri Lankan vehicle marketplace. Its ads had three jobs:

Leads a monthly leasing-lead target · Meta lead forms
Followers a monthly follower target · Meta
Traffic a monthly web-traffic target · Meta + Google
02 · Where it started

Traffic was the goal with the most room to grow.

62% of the traffic target in the month before I took over ~10× the Google click cost it reached a month later
03 · The fix

I fixed the weakest channel first.

Google Rebuilt Search for buyers Tight phrase and exact keywords, Maximize Clicks, Search only.
Meta A fresh weekend ad, every week One lifetime budget, re-paced at each weekly checkpoint.
Budget Ran it as one pool Money moved to whatever was delivering, inside the monthly cap.

04 · The turning point

Traffic finally crossed the line.

And Google did it for a tenth of the price.

05 · The insight

The budget was enough. It needed a new split.

Leads used only 69% of their share. Meta traffic needed 155% of its share. So I redrew the plan from the latest real costs.

The same budget, split two ways (% of budget) Same total, matched to real costs
Original plan
My proposed split
Leads 60% → 42% Traffic 30% → 36% Followers 10% → 12% New reserve 10%
85% of the budget covers all three targets at real costs. That frees a 10% reserve.

What this says about how I work

I fix the weakest link first and get results fast.
I run budget as a portfolio money follows what delivers.
I plan from real unit costs not last month's guesses.
